Gerry Turner To ‘Golden Bachelor’ Fans Who Want Steamy Fantasy Suite Details: “Quite Honestly I Feel Like It’s None of Their F***ing Business”

At long last, The Golden Bachelor made it to Fantasy Suite Week. But unlike The Bachelor‘s Season 27 lead Zach Shallcross, 72-year-old Gerry Turner isn’t sharing what went down behind closed doors in Costa Rica.

Shallcross — who promised his three remaining contestants sex was off the table ahead of Fantasy Suites, only to break that promise two dates in — may have had the messiest Fantasy Suite week in Bachelor Nation history. But Turner didn’t follow in his footsteps. Not only did he keep his intimate off-camera moments with contestants Leslie Fhima and Theresa Nist off-camera. He essentially told viewers what happens in the Fantasy Suites stays in the Fantasy Suites — for now, at least.

“People want to know what happens in these Fantasy Suites. There’s a little bit of curiosity that they want satisfied, and quite honestly, I feel like it’s none of their [BLEEP]ing business,” The Golden Bachelor lead told cameras. You go, Ger!

Though Turner wasn’t willing to give detailed play-by-plays of his overnight dates with his final two women, he did have an honest chat with franchise host Jesse Palmer about sex, love, and intimacy and later told Fhima that it had been “a long time” since he slept with someone.

“That would be a moment I wouldn’t want to rush,” Turner told Palmer when asked about getting physical in Fantasy Suites. That said, sex certainly wasn’t off the table. “Oh, sure. What are you crazy? What are you, nuts?” Tuner laughed. “There are moments when you’re like, ‘I’m not gonna pass this up. This may be the last time in my life.'”

“The opportunity to be physically intimate with someone, I don’t know how to ascribe an importance to it,” the senior explained. “Let’s face it, it’s been a while. Certainly in that area I’d want to make sure her comfort level was as complete as it possibly can be. And if that leads to something more physical, then that activity becomes organic and natural in its nature.”

As noted in our comprehensive Fantasy Suite recap, Turner and Fhima woke up after their night together and said they were up talking until 3 a.m. about “everything.” After his overnight date with Nist, Turner noted how far their relationship had come before telling cameras that waking up with her felt like the first day of the rest of his life. Oh yeah, he also told Nist that he LOVES HER when the cameras stopped rolling, so it’s hard not to wonder what exactly went down.

Fantasy Suite details or not, Turner assured viewers that people his age still “knock boots,” while also acknowledging that he never in his wildest dreams thought he’d be in Costa Rica dating two different women. “I thought by the time I retired at 55 I had all the excitement I was going to see and all the high moments,” he told cameras. “Little did I know that 17 years later I’m in the greatest adventure of my life.”
