BTS may be on hiatus, but fans of the popular K-pop band are still getting plenty of content—including a brand-new j-hope documentary, J-Hope in the Box, which is coming to Disney+ this weekend.

This behind-the-scenes documentary special will give members of the BTS ARMY a first-hand account of the creation of j-hope’s first-ever solo studio album, Jack In The Box, which was released last summer in July 2022. Plus, if you couldn’t afford tickets to the Korean pop star’s Lollapalooza performance, or his album’s listening party, the documentary will give you front-row seats to both of those events.

HOW TO WATCH THE J-HOPE DOCUMENTARY J-HOPE IN THE BOX ONLINE:

The J-Hope documentary J-Hope in the Box will be available to watch streaming on Disney+ in the U.S., and on Disney+ Hotstar in select international regions. The film will be free to all Disney+ or Hotstar subscribers, beginning on Friday, February 17.

IS J-HOPE IN THE BOX IN THEATERS?

No. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to watch J-Hope in the Box in theaters. It will only be streaming on Disney+ or Hotstar.

WHAT IS THE J-HOPE IN THE BOX DISNEY PLUS RELEASE DATE?

J-Hope in the Box begins streaming on Disney+ and Hotstar on Friday, February 17. The movie will be free to all Disney+ subscribers.

WHAT TIME WILL J-HOPE IN THE BOX BE ON DISNEY PLUS?

New titles tend to drop on Disney+ at 3 a.m. ET, or 12 a.m PT, on the morning of the release date. Therefore, you can expect to see J-Hope in the Box on Disney+ on the morning of Friday, February 17 at 3 a.m. Eastern Time, or 12 a.m. Pacific Time. If it’s midnight on Thursday on the West Coast and you don’t yet see j-hope on your Disney+, you should try refreshing the page, or logging out and logging back in again.
