Ted Lasso Barbie dolls have finally arrived, and to quote our favorite fictional AFC Richmond coach, “I feel like we fell out of a lucky tree, hit every branch on the way down, and ended up in a pool full of cash and Sour Patch Kids.”

Over the years, fans of the beloved, Emmy-winning Apple TV+ comedy have been blessed with iconic collabs — from official Ted Lasso merch and a Fisher Price toy set to a show-inspired Build-A-Bear line and Jeni’s Biscuits With The Boss flavored ice cream — but Barbie dolls as on-point as Arthur Bryant’s Barbie-cue sauce were still on the wish list. And now, in 2023 (aka The Year of Barbie), Mattel and designer Suim Noh delivered.

The good news? In collaboration with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products, Ted Lasso and Barbie are bringing fans a trio of dolls inspired by the sports dramedy. We’re getting a doll based on Jason Sudeikis’ titular coach Ted Lasso; a Barbie doll of Hannah Waddingham’s Rebecca Welton; and a Barbie version of Rebecca’s bestie/fashionista/PR guru, Juno Temple’s Keeley Jones. Do the dolls, sculpted to the likeness of each character, perfectly nail the facial structure of the actors? Not entirely. But the Ted Lasso spirit is strong, and each doll’s wardrobe is a 10/10.

Here we have the Ted Lasso doll, sporting his signature blue AFC Richmond Tracksuit, a pair of aviators, sneakers, a whistle, and a trusty ball — oh, and a stellar head of hair! “Ted is so sweet, kind, and perpetually joyful. We captured this Ted-ergy and sculpted 12 inches of plastic fantasticness wearing AFC Richmond’s finest,” designer Suim Noh explained.

Next up, Rebecca Welton Barbie, seen in a stunning champagne-colored satin blouse, black high-waisted pants, black stilettos, and statement jewelry. She’s carrying a fashionable bag, giving strong, confident, and powerful. We’d hate to see Barbie Rebecca and Barbie Michelle Obama arm wrestle, but we wouldn’t be able take our eyes off of them, either.

“We had to show off Rebecca’s action-figurey arms to mimic her fierceness on the show,” Noh noted. “We also really love how we captured her strong, no-nonsense attitude in her face.”

Last, but certainly not least, it’s Keeley ****ing Jones Barbie, slaying in hot pink, satin slit dress with gold heels, a faux fur cape, bold jewelry, and a signature high pony. “Her look really speaks to her fashion style and personality on the show,” Noh said.

Starting Tuesday, October 24, the Ted Lasso x Barbie Collection will be available in the Mattel Shop, with dolls priced at $50 each. Each doll comes with a doll stand, a certificate of authenticity, and a Ted Lasso-themed box featuring a familiar-looking background from the series.

Our only complaint? There aren’t MORE Ted Lasso Barbie dolls in the collection. I mean, where the **** is the Roy Kent doll? As my editor wisely noted, Mattel missed a major “I’m Just Kent” marketing opportunity here. We also need Ken dolls inspired by Jamie Tartt, Coach Beard, Higgins, Sam Obisanya, Dani Rojas, Isaac McAdoo, Colin Huges, Zoreaux, and the rest of the AFC Richmond team — yes, even Nathan Shelley. Diamond Dog Kens, assemble! And speaking of the Diamond Dogs, I’m going to need a super smooth Trent Crimm Ken doll with a tweed blazer as soon as possible. Can you imagine the hair?! While you’re at it, Mattel, please give us a Mae Barbie doll, a Sharon Fieldstone Barbie, a Sassy doll, and — for the love of football (and soccer!) — a Phoebe doll!

Will Ted Lasso return to screens in some form down the line? Only time will tell. But at least we have Barbie Ted, Rebecca, and Keeley to keep us company while we wait.
