The Modern Family cast held their “first” reunion, and fans were given quite a few glimpses of the fun had by the cast from one of its stars, Sofia Vergara. The actress, known for her role as Gloria Delgado-Pritchett, took to Instagram and shared five separate posts featuring snapshots from the reunion, per Just Jared.

However, one of the hit ABC sitcom’s stars appeared to be missing: Ty Burrell, who played patriarch Phil Dunphy. While he wasn’t there in person, he was there in spirit and photograph form, as Ariel Winter, who played one of his on-screen daughters, Alex Dunphy, held up a framed picture of him in the cast’s group photo.

Vergara even dedicated a separate post to Burrell, in which she posted a video of Burrell’s picture on the fireplace mantel. Viewers can spot Jesse Tyler Ferguson (Mitchell Pritchett) saying, “We miss you Ty,” and Sarah Hyland, who played another one of Burrell’s on-screen daughters, Haley Dunphy, saying, “I miss you, Dad!” The video concludes with Eric Stonestreet (Cameron Tucker) blowing a kiss toward the camera.

Vergara captioned the post, “We miss u Ty!!❤️❤️❤️”

Another post of Vergara’s spotlighted Ed O’Neill, who played her on-screen husband Jay Pritchett. She shared a picture of the two of them together on the couch, which she captioned, “I love u Ed O’neil❤️❤️❤️ #modernfamily

Others in attendance included Rico Rodriguez, Nolan Gould, Julie Bowen, series creator Steve Levitan, and Ferguson’s husband, Justin Mikita.
